It’s all began with a passion…

Torquay Therapy was created by four friends (Gee, Cream, Arisa, and May) that saw the need for a remedial and Thai massage practice where all the staff have attained certificates for their qualifications, this giving the friends a great opportunity to bring their qualified services to the local Torquay community and visitors. They all agreed to form the team as they had the same idea on how to provide care to their clients.

The team decided to operate as sole traders and form a cooperative rather than as employees, this ensures that each massage therapist takes pride and care in their duties, it is their reputation.

The team shares the same mindset and believes that providing our individual clients with high-quality massage services is important. At the same time, we also need to consistently maintain our physical and mental wellness in order to continue being great massage therapists and upholding our standard of service.

At Torquay Therapy, we listen, respect, and care. We promise and committed to our clients to continue learning to update our skills so we can provide the best possible service to each individual client.

In late 2025, Arisa moved to Darwin with her partner on an independent visa, and in mid-2026, May finished her working visa and returned to Thailand to pursue her dream project. We want to say a huge ThankYou to Arisa and May for helping build Torquay Therapy. 🩷

In May 2026, we’re happy to announce that Fern, a Myotherapist, is joining the team. We now offer myotherapy, remedial massage, and Thai massage. Our team now provides treatments with strong skills and experience.
